I focus on admin, organisation, and event support for small businesses. That means I can manage your inbox and diary, handle client onboarding, plan and run your webinars or workshops, and keep your content updates ticking over. If you’ve got something specific in mind, just ask — chances are I’ve done it before.

How do we work together day-to-day?

Most of my clients communicate with me by email, WhatsApp or shared tools like Trello or Google Drive. We’ll agree a system that suits you best. You’ll always know what I’m working on and where things are up to.

How do I know how many hours I’ll need?

If you’re not sure, start small. Many clients begin with my Quick Win session or the 5-hour Admin Rescue package. After a month, we can review and see if you’d benefit from more regular support. You’ll never be tied into something bigger than you need.

What if I need something outside your listed services?

That’s no problem — I keep my core services focused, but I often help with extra admin tasks that pop up. Just let me know what you need, and if I can help, I will. If it’s outside my zone, I’ll point you in the right direction.
