We have been working with Katrina as our virtual assistant for some considerable time now. One of the areas where it is useful is in delegation of work and where Katrina can complete the work, and add her personality and views on the matter, which we discuss and agree on the way forward. I find Katrina helpful and accurate in the work she performs and we have had good feedback from our private clients.

Katrina , really helped me with organising my emails which has been long overdue. Spam / subscription had gotten out of hand and needed clearing. As well as organising my clients/merchants in clear sub categories for me to access quickly and efficiently. I’m busy so struggle to keep on top of this, I’ll just kindly ask Katrina again in another couple months to do it all again.
